  • What to Expect

    This unique program provides an online community experience directly led by Jillian and her assistants. In between weekly conference calls led by Jillian, you will be presented with online course materials and exercises that you can engage at your own pace any time day or night.

    Additionally, via online forums and direct messaging, you and your classmates can ask questions of Jillian, share your experiences with each other, and support each other on your deep listening journey.

    Each week for five weeks, a new lesson is introduced and you have a chance to connect with Jillian and other classmates. You will also have access to all the course material for a full year following the end of the course.

    Jillian Pransky, Yoga Instructor

    Jillian Pransky, author of Deep Listening, is an international presenter, certified yoga therapist and meditation teacher. She is the creator of Yoga Journal’s Restorative Yoga 101, director of Restorative Therapeutic Teacher Training for YogaWorks, and a featured yoga expert for Prevention magazine. Jillian teaches throughout the country at prominent wellness centers such as Kripalu, Omega, and 1440 Multiversity.

    Her Calm Body, Clear Mind DVD and Relaxmore CD have garnered excellent reviews from Dr. Mehmet Oz, Yoga Journal, and others. A student of Pema Chödrön’s work since 1998, Jillian Pranksy infuses her yoga classes with mindfulness practices, compassion, and ease.     Can I still participate if I’m busy the first week of the course?
    Yes, this online course has been created for busy folks like you in mind. If you miss the first live video conference call it will be recorded so you can listen to it at your earliest convenience. You can then add your questions and comments to the forum afterword.

    As each module opens, it is available thereafter for the duration of the course so you can access the content as often as you like to catch up.
