Privacy Policy

In short, we respect your privacy. All the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in any way that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Data Removal Request

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you are entitled to request that we erase any personal data that you have provided to us and that we have stored. We will do our best to respond promptly and in any event within one month of the following:

  • Our receipt of your written request; or
  • Our receipt of further information we may require to enable us to comply with the regulation and your request, whichever receipt happens to be later.

The regulation requires that you provide proof of identity to accompany your request. If you wish to initiate a data removal request, please contact us.

Customer Satisfaction

We aim to uphold the highest level of commitment to customer care, and your complete satisfaction is at the top of our priority list. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are handled as outlined below. If at any time you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us so that we may resolve the issue.

Course Access

Each course may have its own unique access policy and time period depending on the nature of the program. Most instructor-led programs offer online content access for an additional two (2) weeks following the instructor-facilitated portion of the course. Courses that are presented as purely self-paced and on-demand provide online access for up to eight (8) weeks following the course purchase date. None of these programs offers indefinite or lifetime access.


Payment Policy

Full payment is due at time of registration and can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. If payment plans are available for individual programs, those plans will be stated within the respective program descriptions.

Personal checks and money orders (in U.S. dollars) are acceptable; however, full payment must be received prior to accessing the course. There is a $45 charge for checks returned for insufficient funds. Please mail payment to the address listed below along with your contact information (name, phone and email) including the course and dates you wish to enroll in. Cancellation / Refund Policy:

For all self-paced, on-demand online courses, access to the course is immediate. Exchanges or refunds will be allowed for cancellations made within the first seven (7) calendar days after purchasing the course.

For all open-enrollment, instructor-led courses purchased online with a credit card, cancellation requests must be made no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the official start date of the course. Following that time, no refunds will be given. Exchanges may be requested up to seven (7) calendar days following the course start date.

Purchases made via an invoice are non-refundable. Schedule change or exchange requests will only be allowed with greater than 8 weeks notice prior to the purchased course start date, and change fees may apply.

Should a program schedule be canceled, the purchaser will be offered the choice of an exchange or full refund.

Refunds will be paid within 30 days of an allowed cancellation. Refunds or exchanges are granted at the sole discretion of Interplicity, LLC.
